Caribou Ranch Open Space

Caribou Ranch Open Space is gorgeous in the fall. It's a fairly easy 5 mile hike with a loop at the end, with minimal elevation gain. There is a historical mining town at the end, and you should go all the way to the end of that town, where you will see a waterfall . On the way back, go by the DeLonde Homestead, which is sometimes mistaken for the famous recording studio. The recording studio, which burned down, is a few miles up the highway.
